A woman was killed in a head-on crash on Route 67, near the Oxford border Thursday afternoon, police said. The crash, reported at 2:18 p.m., shut down Route 67 in the vicinity of Burma Road and Route 188 for several hours Thursday. Rebecca Karlak, 25, of Seymour, died at the crash scene after her southbound Chevy Cobalt crossed the center line and struck a northbound Ford truck driven by David J. Serra, 48, of Southwick, Mass.
