MOTOR VEHICLE TORTS: Appellate Court Holds Holiday Does Not Extend Statute Of Limitations

The plaintiff served the defendant one day after Memorial Day, which was one day too late.  The statute of limitations expired on Memorial Day.  The Appellate Court affirms, holing that holidays do not create a grace period.
